PARISH COUNCIL MEETING PREVIEW FOR APRIL 17, 2017
The St. Charles Parish Council will hold a regular meeting beginning at 6 p.m. April 17, 2017 in the Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the courthouse, 15045 River Road in Hahnville. The meeting may also be viewed live on SCP-TV.

Items on the agenda for public hearing include but are not limited to:
- An ordinance authorizing the issuance by the Parish of St. Charles, State of Louisiana of its Taxable Limited Tax Bond, Series 2017, in an amount not to exceed Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000), prescribing the form, terms and conditions of said Bond; providing for the payment thereof; entering into certain other covenants and agreements in connection with the security and payment of said Bonds; selling said Bonds to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund; authorizing the execution of a Loan and Pledge Agreement and other loan documents with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality; providing for the delivery of the Bonds to said Department; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
- An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1AM to R-2 at Lot 12-A and 17-A of St. Rose Gardens, 726 and 722 St. Rose Avenue, as requested by Mark A. Guidry, II.
- An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Detention Agreement with Lafayette Parish Consolidated Government for use of the Lafayette Juvenile Detention Home.
- An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 2 for Parish Project No P111002-13, H.010843 Ormond Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation, to decrease the contract amount by $37,894.52.
