This program provides assistance in completing applications for persons who may qualify for Medicaid. Medicaid applications are also completed at the St. Charles Parish Health Unit,
St. Charles Hospital and other agencies in the parish, contributing to the decrease in the number of applications processed through our department.
LACHIP
LACHIP provides assistance in completing applications for clients with children under 18 years of age with medical insurance.
